At Synergy Packaging we are committed to protecting the worlds finite resources and to ensure that all of our solutions have a positive impact on the environment. Within our Research and Development Centre, our Packaging Experts are constantly evaluating and testing new materials whilst further enhancing our current range of packaging solutions to ensure that they are of the highest level of performance but the lowest level of impact on the environment.

We are acutely aware of the environmental concerns around plastic based packaging however, all of our packaging solutions are carefully designed to ensure that we use the minimum packaging material whilst offering the maximum product protection.  This mindset ensures that we reduce the amount of packaging material at source but also ensures that damage in transit is eliminated so that returns, reworks, scrappage and re-deliveries are eliminated as all of these costly steps have an environmental impact.  

Also, all of our high performance, low cube, polyethylene foam materials contain a minimum of 30% recycled content and, at the end of their life, these materials are 100% recyclable.  Even the scrap material from our conversion process is bagged up and returned to the manufacturer for recycling back into brand new foam sheets for our conversion.
