Home products and appliances normally require the minimum cube size to maximize storage and shipping. Polyethylene foam is an ideal material to help to manage these two key requirements whilst offering high levels of product protection should the product be mishandled at any stage of the storage and handling process.

Polyethylene foam can be produced in a variety of colors (MOQ’s apply) which includes black. Some home products naturally look better in a darker, black foam which can easily be achieved and still offers the same levels of performance as standard white material.

Medium to lightweight products can be packaged using corrugated inserts that have a high stretch film bonded to them. These corrugated frames either suspend the product between two suspension frames or lock the product into place into a retention frame.

Products that are lightweight and susceptible to surface abrasion require a non-abrasive material such as soft polyurethane foam. This foam allows for traditional fabrication techniques to be used to create a bespoke designed solution whilst ensuring that the delicate surface of the product is protected during transit.
