Corrugated is abrasive so, if it is to be used on a polished surface, a barrier such as a bag of soft, thin PE foam should be used.

This means that PE foam can protect, thin heavy items, such as windscreens that would normally cut through other packaging materials.

From tool case shadow board inserts to repeat use transit cases, cross linked polyethylene foam is ideal for high aesthetic, multi use packaging applications. Whilst this material is only chemically recyclable, it offers multi-shipment benefits so is ideal to reuse over and over again.

For lightweight, highly polished products that cannot be marked in any way due to vibration in transit, soft polyurethane foam is an ideal material. The material can be pressed and bonded together to form a protective cushion or it can be profiled to make a ‘finger foam’ sheet that can be used to ship a variety of small products.
